Why did you choose to work at Flagler?

When I first stepped foot in St Augustine I felt at home, and immediately fell in love with not only the town but this college as well. Flagler puts students first, and I truly feel passionate and sense of pride talking to students and families about this place.

Favorite St. Augustine activity

St. Augustine has a ton to do, but my favorite is enjoying all the live music. From the smaller venues supporting local artists to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and the larger national artists.

Tip(s) for incoming students

Specifically, for students coming from far from home, Flagler can easily feel like your home away from home. Moving far from home and family can be scary or stressful, but we have many resources to ensure your comfort here. Half of our incoming class comes from outside of the state of Florida, so you will have many of your peers in the same position as you. Support one another, get involved, explore the town and your new state. There is so much for you to do and explore, and never be afraid to get out of your comfort zone!

Tip(s) for applicants

If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out. Even if you think it is a silly, small, or an insignificant question! We are all here to help and make this process as easy and stress-free as possible!
