Why did you choose to work at Flagler?

Attending a smaller school myself, I absolutely loved the experience I had and was looking for that in another institution. From the moment I stepped foot in Saint Augustine, I knew this would be my future home. Every stranger I passed was so kind, the students were so passionate about their love for Flagler and the staff was such a welcoming community. Flagler has a magnetizing energy; the architecture is beautiful and the Core Values really stood out to me. It truly is easy envisioning yourself here!

Favorite St. Augustine activity

It has to be our beaches! Coming from New England you only get a short few months to enjoy them, so it’s wonderful to be able to go out any season!

Tip(s) for incoming students

College is the time to be who you’ve always wanted to be! You’re stepping into a new environment, with new people and new experiences. Nobody knows the past version of you so use college as a time to express yourself, follow the passions you have always wanted to, join the new club, take up the new hobby and interact with new people. It’s such a freeing feeling to be the authentic version of yourself, so do what makes you happy!

Tip(s) for applicants

We have a holistic review process, meaning we’re looking at the full package of what makes you the perfect fit for Flagler. Be authentic and let your personality shine in your essay as it is the easiest way for us to see who you are!
