The 20-hour Leadership Development Certificate Program (LDCP) is tailored to your organization’s leadership and supervision needs. We will bring the training to you, and scheduling can be flexible so as not to interfere with your daily operations.

Our curriculum has been approved for Continuing Education Units (CEU), Continuing Legal Education (CLE), and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) credits, ensuring your professional growth is recognized and valued across industries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your agency must request and host the LDCP.  The agency will also be required to provide the training space.  If you have a small agency, you can invite other surrounding agencies to participate and share the cost of hosting the program.

Beginning June 1, 2024, the cost is $550.00 per participant, with a minimum of ten participants.

Students will be exposed to the fundamentals of leadership and supervision, including the various approaches to leadership, motivation, organization, culture, communications, and the legal aspects of supervision. Presentations are grounded in empirical and scholarly research coupled with real-world insights and experiences. Upon completing the program, students will receive a certificate from Flagler College.

The LDCP has been approved for Continuing Education Units (CEU), Continuing Legal Education (CLE), and the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM) credits. To receive professional credits, each participant must submit the training curriculum and proof of completion to their accrediting organization.
