The Office of Business Services in coordination with the Office of Safety and Security enforces and sets the campus parking policy and regulations. As is the case at most colleges or universities in an urban setting, parking comes at a premium. The Office of Business Services sets parking policy to help assure that students have access to a parking space within a reasonable distance from campus.
On-Campus Parking (2021-2022)
Students with a valid parking decal may park in Flagler College lots and the College parking garage. A list of authorized student parking lots may be accessed in the Flagler College Parking Map document. The cost of a ‘21/’22 Academic Year parking decal for either a Resident Student or Commuter Student is $230.
Please read posted parking lot signage, as it will specify the Flagler College permit holders authorized to park in that lot.
Off-campus, the City of St. Augustine maintains non-Flagler College parking. Refer to this page for information on parking around St. Augustine.
Commuter students may park in Flagler College parking areas reserved for Commuter students per the parking map.
These lots include; Cedar Street – South Side Parking Lot, Gymnasium/Auditorium, Lewis House – Dirt Lot, Malaga Street Parking Garage, FEC C North, the Ancient City Baptist Church – Grass Lot (M-F 7am - 6pm) and Lewis House – Paved Lot (M-F 6pm – 6am), Campus Services South Lot M-F 7am- 6pm, and King Street Methodist Church Lot (spaced with yellow tire stops, M-F 7am – 5:30pm)Back To Top
Residential students may park in Flagler College parking areas that are marked as being reserved for Residential students per the parking map.

These lots include; Lewis House – Paved Lot, Malaga Street Parking Garage, Business Services, Markland House, Gymnasium/Auditorium, 170 Malaga Street – IA Building, Ancient City Baptist Church – Grass Lot (M-F 7am - 6pm), Ancient City Baptist Church – Paved Lot (against the fence), First United Methodist Church (as marked), Campus Services North Lot, and 95 King Street (M-F 7am-6pm).Back To Top
If you wish to pay the citation, you will visit the parking portal located by following the link provided, www.Flagler.edu/parkingticket. There you will click citations, find the one(s) you wish to pay for and click add to basket. Follow the on-screen instruction in order to pay your citation.Back To Top
If you believe the ticketing officer made an error while citing and you wish to appeal your citation, you will need to submit an appeal to the Flagler College Parking Office. In order to submit an appeal, you must send an email to email@example.com. Be sure to include your violation number, vehicle license number, lot code, and any personal information you are comfortable sharing. In your email please make sure to provide a compelling argument for your appeal and any additional documentation you believe may help your case. All appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the issuance date, appeals submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.Back To Top
If your car has been booted you will need to pay off your entire citation balance in order to have the boot removed. In order to pay the fines, you must visit the parking portal located by following the link provided, www.Flagler.edu/parkingticket. There you will click citations, add to basket, and follow the on-screen instruction in order to pay your citation fines. Once all the fines have been paid, you must print the receipt and present it to the Ponce Security Office to have the boot removed.Back To Top

If you have invited a guest speaker, vendor, or applicant to visit our campus and need to reserve a parking space, please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3 business days prior to the date when the parking reservation is needed. Note: We are asking all faculty and staff to suggest that their guests and visitors park in the Malaga Street parking garage.
If you have invited guests to stay overnight on campus, please note that we do not provide overnight guest parking.Back To Top
