The Florida East Coast Railway Towers

F.E.C. Towers

Formerly the Florida East Coast Railway Buildings, now our FEC residence halls, adds beauty and even more historic significance to the Flagler College campus since their acquisition in 2006. The three towers, constructed in 1922, 1923, and 1926, served as the headquarters for the Florida East Coast Railway for decades. The FEC Towers provides an opportunity for residents to live in private, double occupancy room style living on campus, and is a 10-minute walk from the center of campus.

The Complex is centered around the core value of Citizenship with Integrity. Residents who live within the hall will find themselves immersed within a residential community that values honesty, respect for our community, and the ways in which our actions impact larger communities. RAs program around ideas and values of giving back to the local community, building better relationships with each other, and individual responsibility.
