Flagler College offers students a wide range of health, wellness and fitness options to keep your energy up and your sick days down. In addition to skilled nursing care in the campus Health Center, you'll also have access to the fitness center and a plethora of exercise group fitness classes.

The Intramural Sports program offers team and individual outdoor and indoor sports and fitness activities.

Fitness Center
In the spring of 2021, Flagler College opened a 3,000 square foot Fitness Center at the Campus Services Building. This brand new facility includes cardio equipment from treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals to stair-steppers, multiple squat racks, free weights, and cable equipment. There is also a group fitness room where students can enjoy classes like yoga and cardio sculpt.
There is also a Fitness Room located on the second floor of The Commons with cardio equipment, dumbbells, and select cable options.
