Registration

All first-time Flagler students have several steps they must complete in order to receive a schedule for their first semester on campus. Students must first submit their enrollment deposit and forms. After that, students will receive plenty of instructions (and reminders!) regarding what they need to take care of in order to secure a schedule. If you have questions about the enrollment deposit, contact the Admissions Team.

Additional registration information can be found on MyFlagler.

Information Specifically For You

First Year Students

Flagler College Email Account

After you have submitted your enrollment deposit, the Technology Services department will email login credentials for your Flagler College email account and MyFlagler account to the email address we have on file with the Office of Admissions. Please log in to both as soon as you receive this information. All official Flagler College communication will be sent to your Flagler College email address once you've received your login credentials so you should get in the habit of checking this account regularly. If you lost or misplaced this information, please contact Technology Services online or reach Technology Services by phone at (904) 819-6293.

Math Placement Exam

Following the submission of your deposit, you will receive an email from Dr. Carrie Grant, Chair of the Department of Mathematics and Technology, with information on Flagler’s math placement process. Incoming students who have completed a college-level math course through dual enrollment or have scored high enough on an AP, AICE, or IB exam will only need to complete the survey at the start of the placement exam. Once the survey is submitted, the exam will be waived. Please read the email carefully and follow the instructions for completing the placement exam and the survey. You should complete the placement exam as soon as possible. You will not be cleared to register for classes until this is completed.

First Year Advisor and Course Registration

After completing the math placement process, Dr. Grant will determine your placement level and send that information along to your CACE Advisor. You will receive a follow-up survey to collect information about your course preferences, intended major/minor, etc. Schedules are released in batches on assigned dates, and your batch is determined by when you complete the math placement process. The earlier you complete that process, the sooner your CACE Advisor will build a schedule on your behalf and email you once it is complete. You are welcome to connect with them after reviewing your schedule if you have any changes you would like to make, but please do not alter your schedule without first running it by CACE.
