Freshmen Enrollment Process

Completing the Enrollment Process

As a newly admitted freshmen, there are a few steps you'll need to take to be enrolled at Flagler. Review the contents of this page to help guide you through this process.

Here's What to Expect

Offer of Admission


Forms necessary to complete the enrollment process are included in the offer of admission. Forms required for enrollment include:

  • Enrollment Confirmation Form
  • Student Housing Contract (unless you are living off-campus)
  • Student Health History Form

All forms will be sent to you via a secure link to be filled out and submitted electronically.

Key deadlines:

  • Enrollment Deposit and Enrollment Form
    • Early Decision: January 15
    • Regular Decision: May 1
  • Health Forms will be electronically sent to deposited students in late Sprring


Your deposit is due with your Enrollment Confirmation Form and the Student Housing Contract.

  • For boarding students, the deposit is $400
  • For non-boarding students, the deposit is $200

Please make sure your forms are filled out accurately and fully. If it has been more than two weeks since you were accepted and you have not received your secure link to access these enrollment forms, please contact your Admission Director for assistance.


There are two options for paying your deposit: online or via check.


Use the following link and pay using our secured payment website. Be sure to have your Flagler Student ID number ready. If you pay online, you are still required to send the Enrollment Confirmation Form and the Student Housing Contract separately in the mail.

You will need to schedule an appointment with a doctor to complete the required health forms. Send these forms in as soon as they are ready, but do not wait to send in your Enrollment Confirmation or Application for Student Housing form while waiting on your health forms.

The Office of Admissions will send you a letter once your forms and deposit have been received. If at any point in this process you move or your mailing address changes, please contact your Admissions Director to update your mailing information. Other offices will contact you via mail at the address Admissions has on file. Please keep this address current.


After you have submitted your enrollment deposit, the Technology Services department will email login credentials for your Flagler College email account and MyFlagler to the email address we have on file. Please log on to both as soon as you receive this information. All official Flagler College communication will be sent to your Flagler College email address once you've received your login credentials. Applying for Financial Aid

The Application Process

Upon Acceptance for Admission, the Flagler College Financial Aid Office will send you the information you need to access and log in to your Personal Online Financial Aid Page.

Complete the Flagler College Application for Financial Aid online. Also, check your “Documents” tab for any other required documents we need and submit those as soon as possible.

The FAFSA Process

  1. Request your Federal ID PIN Number. The Student and one Parent must each get their own personal PIN Number.  Request the PIN
  2. Complete the FAFSA online. The earlier the better. File the FAFSA as soon as you possibly can after January 1st.  Start the FAFSA
  3. The PIN Numbers will be used to Sign and Submit the FAFSA. Be sure to Get the Confirmation that the submission was successful.
  4. Carefully Review the final results for errors or missing information. If you need to make corrections, you can resubmit the FAFSA online.
  5. The submission deadline for Flagler College is April 1st. However, it is highly recommended to submit your FAFSA as soon as possible. Some funds are limited so, the earlier the better.

After Submitting the FAFSA

Check your Flagler College Financial Aid Page often for additional documents that may be required. Be sure to respond to all requests promptly. Your  Forms tab will provide you with the form or link you to more information. Call the Flagler Financial Aid Office if you have any questions.

Once you receive the Official Financial Aid Award Letter, it will shows the aid you are eligible to receive. If you need additional financial aid call the Office of Financial Aid for further assistance.

IB/AP/AICE/Dual Enrollment Credits

Receiving Advanced Credit

All official test score results from AP/IB/AICE need to be sent to the Office of Admissions as soon as they become available. Faxed or emailed score reports will not be accepted.

Dual Enrollment Courses

Students who took Dual Enrollment courses through a College or University, will need to send all official transcripts to the Office of Admissions for review. If you would like to know how your courses transfer, please contact your Admission Director.

Final Transcripts

All students must submit their final High School transcripts showing their date of graduation to Flagler College. You can request your final High School transcript is mailed to us through your High School's Guidance Office.

You must also submit your final College/University transcripts if you completed Dual Enrollment courses after you were admitted to Flagler. You can request these transcripts are mailed to us through your College/University Registrar or Office of Records.
