Dylan Rasnick earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French Language Studies from American University in Washington, D.C. During his degree program, Dylan worked with DC-based non-profits, specifically pertaining to minority rights and international education. From 2016 - 2018, Dylan worked in New York City with a notable English as a Second Language (ESL) school as the Housing and Student Services Coordinator. In his current role, Dylan works hard to ensure that all of Flagler College’s international students and scholars feel welcome on the school’s campus. Dylan is a charismatic, passionate young professional with an interest in culture, language and education. He discovered his passion for international dialogue and exchange through his study abroad experience in Paris, France and his time as a volunteer English teacher in Lubcza, Poland. Dylan believes in the power of cross-cultural exposure, and as Flagler College’s first-ever International Student Advisor, works towards creating these opportunities for Flagler College students. The most effective way we can encourage international exchange and dialogue is through person-to-person interactions, and Dylan is proud to advocate for such encounters on Flagler’s campus.
