Professional Profile
Professor Moser is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. After receiving her law degree, Ms. Moser joined the staff of Capital Collateral Regional Counsel, where she performed appellate work for death row inmates. In 2002, Ms. Moser joined the Office of the Public Defender in Jacksonville, Florida, where she handled complex criminal cases and headed the Juvenile Division in Clay County, Florida. She continues to take cases in private practice.
