Getting Started

Five things to get you started

  1. Complete your profile! Add your profile picture and cover photo.
  2. Start joining the groups in which you are interested or already a member.
  3. Install the Saints Connect iPhone App or Android App on your mobile device.
  4. Subscribe to your favorite events calendar feed on your Outlook, Google, iCal, or Mobile calendar.
  5. Register for events in which you are interested and check that they are added to your calendar.


Use the yellow stars to indicate favorite groups, people, and events. Starring groups and people will allow you to get notifications about them and to quickly access your favorite groups and people pages.

Whether you have an iPhone or an Andriod phone, check out the links below and search for CampusGroups. Once you've downloaded the app, search for Flagler College and you'll see Saints Connect.

How to Submit an Event

Quick Instructions

  1. Log in on Saints Connect
  2. Go to the Group Page by selecting Groups in the top navigation bar and then select the appropriate group
  3. Select Events in the Group Links
  4. Select Submit Event
  5. Populate the event details and click Submit when you are done

How do I obtain Officer access to my Group Page?

To obtain Office access to your Saints Connect Group, have another officer add you as an Officer of your Group. If no one in your office or organization has access to your Saints Connect Group yet, contact Anna Gilbert at

How far in advance do I need to reserve a space for an event?

Event requests must be submitted 14 days in advance to allow the event to be processed and approved ahead of time. If the event requires Maintenance and A/V help, please have your request to them 7 days before the event. If catering is needed, please submit your request a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

How do I get more training to learn how to work with SaintsConnect?

Please contact Anna Gilbert at or 904-826-8617 to inquire SaintsConnect training for yourself, club, organization, or department.

How do I submit a Maintenance Request?

You are responsible for submitting a maintenance request to for the set-up of tables, chairs, etc. in your event location.

How do I submit an AV/Tech ticket?

If you require A/V for your event such as a podium, microphone, projection screen, etc., please make sure that you have selected that option and entered the email Technical Support on your event request form. If you need to make any changes prior to your event, please email Technical Support directly. If your event is in the Student Center ONLY, please email Grant and directly.

How do I submit a request for an interpreter?

If you are a faculty, staff, or student, who is scheduling a meeting or event in which you anticipate Deaf or hard-of-hearing participants, please view this video, complete the request form, and submit it to the Interpreter Coordinator.

How do I submit a Catering Request?

If you would like to have catered food, beverages, or linens available at your event you must contact Aramark Please note that you, your department, or your organization is responsible for the expenses incurred for the above items.

What is the difference between an Event Template vs. an Event Request?

An Event Request must always be submitted to reserve a room or create an event. The Event Template option is recommended for recurring and reoccurring events; this feature saves a lot of time and helps standardize your club, organization, or departments event management. A template cannot be used as a regular event. Event Templates won’t be displayed on the school calendar or the events listing. It does not reserve a room or go through the campus’ approval process.
