Welcome to the eleventh annual Honors Day at Flagler College! This event celebrates the student achievements of undergraduate research, distinguished student awards, and honors academic program.
It has been such a pleasure to be serving as the Director of Undergraduate Research this school year. Our student researchers have shown that their pursuit for knowledge and truth is genuine and that even a global pandemic couldn't stop them. Moreover, the quality of each project was not at all affected by the new academic adjustment. Their resiliency and hard work have paid off, for we can all celebrate the successes in their work. These students represent some of the best student scholars Flagler College has to offer and we could not be luckier to showcase their research here!
Honors Capstone projects are on topics and endeavors that our students are passionate about. Produced over several semesters with a faculty committee, they represent excellence in undergraduate research, innovative creative projects, and explorations into the professions.
This day give us the opportunity to rightly recognize and honor the higher purpose of higher education, the achievement of academic excellence by students who our faculty judge exemplify and embody the best of their respective disciplines and the core values of Flagler College.
