Feb 15, 2017

Associate Professor Dr. Joe Saviak, of Flagler’s Public Administration program, has recently co-authored a guide titled “Public-Private Partnerships for Library Operations: A Guide for Local Governments” with Dr. Lawrence Martin, a professor at the University of Central Florida.

The guide is a resource for local elected officials and senior administrators and focuses on how communities can enhance quality, reduce costs and increase citizen satisfaction by partnering with the private sector to operate, manage and build new libraries.

“Public-Private Partnerships” was recently published by the world’s largest company in library operations and management – Library Systems & Services. To download an online copy of the guide, visit here.
