Classroom occupancy reduced to allow for 6’ distance between desks; specialty classes are limited and must have COVID mitigation plans in place
Student Support Services
Appointments/meetings will be held virtually and in-person with an emphasis on virtual. In-person meetings must be scheduled in advance and spaced out to avoid gatherings
Recreational Spaces
Facilities closed; fitness classes held virtually or outside; excursions permitted provided mitigation efforts are followed
Library
All library services are operational but instruction sessions are virtual. Materials are held in a 72-hour quarantine upon return. The staff operates with a staggered schedule.
Student Center
Facility open 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.; lounges closed; recreation equipment not available for use
Events (Students/Employees)
Events permitted; capacity set at 50 people or less; virtual options should be provided and encouraged; food must be served by Aramark or be individually packaged
Events (Donors/Visitors)
Events permitted off-campus only with mitigation protocols followed; seating by “household” permitted
Offices/Meetings
Meetings permitted as long as mitigation efforts are implemented but virtual options must be provided; scattered scheduling for shared office space; offices operate at reduced capacity where density is a concern; employees who cannot work virtually must report to campus or utilize PTO
Travel
Incoming study abroad is cancelled; outgoing study abroad managed on a case-by-case basis; employee travel limited to domestic only with VP approval
Visitors/Vendors/Contractors
Visitors limited to essential functions during the academic session; must undergo health screening; public permitted on campus during academic breaks; Ponce closed to the general public
Event Rentals
Rentals permitted during academic breaks and holiday campus closures; mitigation efforts must be implemented to include reduced capacity, masking, distancing and food service

Offices/Meetings
Meetings permitted as long as mitigation efforts are implemented; offices operate at normal occupancy; masks and distancing must be in place if offices are shared; expectation employees are on campus and attend meetings in person

General study abroad may resume; employees may travel internationally and domestically with VP approval
