Flagler College welcomes Dr. Gregory Hawkins as new director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness
Jan 17Dr. Gregory Hawkins has been hired as Flagler College’s new director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness, bringing more than two decades of experience in analyzing data and improving institutional operations in higher education to the position. He succeeds Dr. Will Miller, who recently stepped down to join university software and assessment company Campus Labs. -

St. Augustine film festival to be held Jan. 20 to 22
Jan 6This year’s 7th annual St. Augustine Film Festival, held between Jan. 20 and Jan. 22, will feature 40 films from 20 countries, including the short film “Jordan Almonds” produced by Flagler College screenwriting instructor Lorraine Portman. -
College's new parking facility to open Jan. 5
Jan 3Flagler College’s new parking garage will be open for students, faculty, and staff beginning Thursday, Jan. 5. The new five-level facility will add approximately 500 new parking spaces on campus and provide covered parking for over 200 bicycles. The garage was constructed on property that was being used as an unimproved parking lot, located between the existing FEC Railway buildings and the City of St. Augustine fire station on Malaga Street.
