Why did you choose to work at Flagler:

When I was younger, I fell in love with Flagler while visiting my Mother who actually worked at the college herself. I would often join her for lunch and though I was always in awe of the beautiful campus, what I remembered most from that time is how excited my Mother was to show off her school and her pride in getting to be a part of it. I couldn’t help but want a little piece of it for myself too.

School Attended and Degree Earned:

Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in International Studies, with a specialization in Asia. Minor: Chinese Language and Literature

Favorite St. Augustine Activity:

Hanging out at all of the local coffee spots. Don’t get me wrong, the beach, the shops, and the concerts aren’t too shabby either, but my favorite part about all of those experiences is grabbing a cup of coffee with friends the next day and talking about all of our adventures.

Tip(s) for incoming students:

Try on many hats. There are so many things to do and to experience at Flagler and you should make use of that. Explore your interests and find your perfect fit, but remember that you can’t wear five hats at once. Don’t overextend yourself!
