Congratulations graduates and families! We are looking forward to celebrating graduates that are on track to complete their degrees in Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Summer of 2022. Flagler College hosts one commencement ceremony every year in May at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. Commencement will be held on Monday, May 9th at 7 p.m. at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, and will celebrate the classes of Fall 2021, Spring 2022, and Summer 2022.

Ceremony Questions
- 5:00 pm - Parking Lots Open
- 5:30 pm - Gates open for Graduates
- 6:00 pm - Gates Open to Guests
- 6:15 pm - Check-In Backstage for Graduates
- 7:00 pm - Graduation Begins
- 9:00 pm - Graduation Ends
We have developed instructions on what to do when you arrive at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre.

Back To TopAll graduates and attendees will be screened by a metal detector and all bags will be checked upon entry to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. Reentry and alcohol consumption is not permitted. Flagler College follows strict security policies set forth by the St. Augustine Amphitheatre. We hope to celebrate this momentous academic achievement while providing a safe and enjoyable experience.

You will receive your honors cords on graduation day from your line leader after you have checked-in.
Back To TopBlack Robe, Black Graduation Cap, 2022 Tassel, Cords (if they are academically assigned to you), and business casual attire underneath.
*Please plan your graduation attire accordingly for Florida’s weather. Dress Code Violations (if you are in violation of the below, a staff member has the authority to pull you from walking on stage):
- Failure to wear clothing underneath your cap and gown.
- Inappropriate language/content decorated on your cap.
Yes, come celebrate your academic achievements with Alumni Relations! The alumni association invites the classes of 2021 and 2022 and their families to the Ringhaver Student Center on May 9th to a reception to congratulate you on being an alumnus from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Join us on the porch of the Alumni House during Grad Clearance where you will pick up your graduation tickets, learn about your alumni benefits, and have the opportunity to take professional senior photos in graduation regalia. Sign up for graduation photos by clicking here. You’ll also have a chance to win a diploma frame from Flagler’s Legacy and give to the Senior Class Gift. If you cannot attend Grad Clearance to pick up your graduation tickets, please email jsaul@flagler.edu for separate accommodations.
Grad Clearance will be held on:
- Tuesday, May 3, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 4, 2-5 p.m.
- Thursday, May 5, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
If you cannot attend Grad Clearance for any reason, your graduation tickets will be ready for you to pick up at Will Call the day of graduation.

If you need more graduation tickets, please email jsaul@flagler.edu with your request by the end of the day on May 5th. Please note that tickets cannot be bought, and it is against Flagler College policy to sell graduation tickets on all platforms. Flagler staff will be monitoring all student platforms for this activity.
