THE FOLLOWING DEADLINES PERTAIN TO ALL FACULTY-LED STUDY ABROAD PROGRAMS INCLUDING SPRING BREAK AND SUMMER:
APRIL 1ST (THE YEAR PRIOR TO TRAVEL)
Last day to send, electronically, all the appropriate application forms to the International Center Director. All programs will be reviewed and approved by the Study Abroad Committee by the end of the spring semester for the following year. (Proposals are due in April 2020 for trips that will travel in spring or summer 2021). This does not include FlagSHIP programs. FlagSHIP programs have an earlier, February deadline.
Flagler College works with pre-vetted third party providers who can assist with logistics for Faculty-Led programs. Faculty can choose to use a provider or plan the trip themselves. The following is a list of approved providers. Should you have questions about any of these providers, please contact Director Fiala at firstname.lastname@example.org.
