Hospitality & Tourism Management
Travel is big business. In fact, according to recent research, travelers are spending in excess of $28,000 per second in the United States. Tourism and hospitality are a driving force of the Florida economy and have tremendous impact in nearly all corners of the world. All of this means one thing for you: opportunities abound in this industry.
What you’ll study
Beyond hospitality and tourism, you'll study Business Administration, Sport Management, Foreign Language and Liberal Arts. This program will prepare you for many professional positions:
- Guest services management
- Attraction management
- Tourism planning and management
- Event planning
- Food services management
Practical Experience
St. Augustine is our classroom. You will visit local hospitality businesses and meet with industry professionals. You'll also complete 120 apprenticeship hours in the hospitality industry.
This experience will prepare you to extend a warm welcome and quality service to the tourists who make our state and world thrive.
