Accounting
Flagler's accounting program teaches you the analytical, decision-making, and communication skills you need to succeed. We'll help you understand accounting's role in making better business decisions. Completing the program also prepares you to sit for the CPA licensure exam in Florida and most other states.
What You'll Study
You'll take courses in accounting, business administration, and economics. You'll also develop critical thinking, oral, and written communication skill through a liberal arts education. Because you'll take many business courses, you may also earn a minor in business administration.
Practical Experience
You'll learn the fundamentals of financial and managerial accounting through practical applications like case studies. You learn from experienced faculty (many of whom are also practicing CPAs). You'll also have ample access to internships in public and private accounting.
What's Next?
There are plenty of clubs to join! Flagler's Enactus and Society for Advanced Managment teams have both won multiple national awards.
