The advertising minor is designed to enhance your educational experiences in art, business and communication. Courses in advertising provide flexibility in a highly competitive job market.

What You'll Study

Courses are taught by professors in the Art & Design, Business, and Communications departments to give you a well-rounded education. Courses include a combination of visual culture, principles of business, writing, and graphic design.

Practical Experience

Professionally experienced faculty deliver industry-relevant course instruction to prepare you for a range of careers in advertising, including advertising agencies. Internships are encouraged with this program.
