Your Academic Onboarding

We are so excited to have you join our Saints Community! The guidelines outlined below will help you and your family academically prepare for your arrival this fall.

A Guide to Academic Success

Flagler College Email

Technology Services will send login information to your personal email.

Please log in to both your Flagler email account and MyFlagler account as soon as you hear from them! Once your email is activated, all official forms of Flagler communication will be sent to your Flagler email account.

As you transition into your Flagler email address, please make sure you check your spam or junk folder so you don't miss any key information.

If you’ve misplaced login information please email support@flagler.edu or call (904) 819-6293.

Math Placement Test

You will receive math placement information with a link to the test in your personal email. Please complete this test as soon as you receive the link. Your course schedule cannot be completed until you finish this process.

If you have completed a college-level math course through dual enrollment, please include that information in the survey and your exam will be waived.

Once you have completed this process, our Mathematics Department will provide your placement to your CACE advisor.

Registration and Your CACE Advisor

You will be asked to fill out an academic survey so that we can create a personalized course schedule. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to view your schedule based on the timeline below:

A typical schedule will consist of five courses (15 credit hours) and include First-Year Seminar. All students will receive a full schedule. Please schedule a time to meet with your CACE advisor after you receive your schedule if you have questions or make any adjustments to your schedule.

Note: Schedules will not be created until you've completed your math placement test and CACE academic survey.

Final Transcripts

Please send your final transcript to the Office of Admissions.

Did you earn college credit?

If you earned college credit through dual enrollment, please request an official transcript from the college where you completed the courses.

Did you complete AP, IB, or AICE programs?

Request an official score report to be sent to admissions as well.

Some of this information is on your high school transcript, but we need separate documentation to give you college credit. Your advisor will keep these credits in mind as they build your course schedule.

Instructions on how to submit your transcripts can be found on the enrollment process page.
