Power of the Purse
The mission of the Women of Vision Fund is to provide scholarships and educational opportunities for women who attend Flagler College. The Power of the Purse is the premiere fundraiser, and the proceeds from this event support those scholarships.

Speaker Sylvia Longmire
Sylvia Longmire is an accessible travel writer, travel agent, author, and entrepreneur. She is also a service-disabled veteran, single mother, and the former Ms. Wheelchair USA 2016. Sylvia travels around the world in her power wheelchair, usually solo, and writes about the accessibility of her destinations on her travel blog, Spin the Globe. She is the founder and President of The PreJax Foundation non-profit, and calls Sanford, FL home
