Campus Activities Board

What is CAB?

The Campus Activities Board (CAB) is responsible for planning a variety of events that enhance the college experience through social and recreational activities. Activities include pool parties, inflatable rides, movies, karaoke, and numerous other activities and events.

Main Events

De-Stress Day

This day is a favorite for many of our students. On the Thursday before finals, the West Lawn is transformed into a playground. We have an obstacle course, oversized boxing gloves, and a jousting station. Comfort foods, toys, and massages were also given out to try and help students unwind before the stressful week of finals was upon them.

This past year CAB transformed the dining hall into an Under the Sea oasis, to create a perfect night of dancing and fun with friends.  Complete with a live mermaid, candy bar, and photo booth formal is always one of our favorite events!

Halloween Horror Nights

Students were bused to and from Universal Studios. They had access to many rides and haunted houses. Students shrieked with delight through all of the scare zones.

Bringing a bit of the islands to Florida with fire dancers, tiki torches, and Leis.  The Luau is a fun and exciting way for students to bond in our tropical atmosphere.

CAB assists the Office of the First Year Experience to create lasting friendships and memories for new students during both Fall and Spring Orientation, by hosting events like Casino Night and Trivia Night.

Man Hunt

A great way to let off some steam and get in touch with your inner teenager. Our Man Hunt was a mix between tag and a neon silly string fight. We encouraged students to come out and meet new people while running off some stress and trying to dodge the silly string. It was one of our biggest weekday events to date.

Midnight Breakfast

What gets more than 350 college students into one room within ten minutes? Midnight Breakfast at Flagler College. Students came out dressed for Halloween and ready to dance. Green screen photos were almost as big of a hit as the yummy breakfast food. The best part is that it was FREE for students!

Scavenger Hunt

Want a fun way to get to know St. Augustine? CAB took students on a high-energy, interactive, timed scavenger hunt all around the city. It was a great way to make new friends as well as work on your clue solving. Prizes were given to the winning team.
