Lady Barons down Lady Saints, 73-62

MOUNT VERNON, Ga. − Trivia Richardson and Dannisha Winfrey each deposited 20 points to lead No. 11 (NAIA Division I) Brewton-Parker College past Flagler College 73-62 in a non-conference women’s basketball game Friday night at the SACenter Gym.
 
Ashley Little added 17 points while Tamika Drinks-Holloway chipped in with 12 boards and eight rebounds for Brewton-Parker (4-0). The Lady Barons forced 29 turnovers on the night.
 
Sarah Hately (Sydney, Australia/Westfields Sports HS) led Flagler (3-1) with a team-high 16 points. She also added six rebounds and five assists. Jamie Allenbuagh (Pittsburgh, Pa/West Virginia Wesleyan College) added 14 points and nine rebounds while Brittney Garmon (St. Augustine, Fla./St. Augustine HS) tallied 11 points and nine rebounds. Meaggan Anderson (Inverness, Fla./Citrus HS) grabbed 10 rebounds and added nine points for the Lady Saints.
 
Flagler visits NCAA Division I Bethune-Cookman College Tuesday at 7 p.m.
