Flagler men’s XC finishes fourth at regionals

LAKE WALES, Fla. − The Flagler College men’s cross country team placed fourth at the NAIA Region XIV Meet Saturday morning. Flagler finished with 106 points and were led by Matt Mosshart (Vero Beach, Fla./Vero Beach HS) who placed fourth overall with a time of 27:35 over the 8K course. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University won the team event with a score of 32 points and placed five runners in the top 10. Austin Richmond of Webber International University posted the best time of the day at 26:18.
 
Jack Galley (Vero Beach, Fla./Vero Beach HS) placed 18th for Flagler with a time of 28:49. Adam Muller finished with a time of 30:17 which placed him 30th and Kyle Trumble (Lander, Wyo./Lander Valley HS) crossed the line at 30:50 in 34th place. Ryan McManus (Seminole, Fla./Seminole HS)) rounded out the scorers for Flagler, finishing in 37th place with a time of 31:07.
 
Chris Beach finished in a time of 31:22 (39) while Brandon Collins crossed the finish line at 32:48 (43). Shane Livensparger ran a time of 33:59 (46) and Aaron Summers finished at 40:29 (52).
