10/20/2011 - Holocaust survivor to speak at Gamache-Koger Theater
Holocaust survivor Estelle Laughlin will speak on life in German-occupied Poland during World War II as well as her experiences in a concentration camp at the Gamache-Koger Theater on the campus of Flagler College from 6 to 8 p.m. on Oct. 26.
10/20/2011 - Art faculty members to be featured in exhibit at Florida School of the Arts
Works by Flagler College art faculty members Patrick Moser, Loren Myhre and Russell Maycumber will be exhibited as part of the visiting artist series at Florida School for the Arts on the Palatka campus of St. Johns River State College.

Award-winning White House correspondent Margaret Talev will speak at the Flagler College Forum on Government and Public Policy on Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. in the Flagler College Auditorium.

The Flagler College Community Lecture Series will continue on Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. with an examination of the intersection between the First World War and social media.

In November, The Flagler College theatre arts department will present “Endgame” by Samuel Beckett. The performance is presented by special arrangement with Samuel French.
10/12/2011 - PRSSA Chapter plans annual STAND event
The Flagler College Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) Chapter is preparing for its annual “STAND” fundraiser for the Flagler Health Care Foundation. Last year’s event presented the foundation with a check for $510.

After a 2010 redesign, the Flagler College website was recently rewarded an Education Standard of Excellence Award for “Outstanding Achievement in Web Development” at the 2011 Web Marketing Association’s WebAwards competition.

The Flagler College Theatre Arts Department kicks off its fall season on Oct. 21 with a six-show production of "Les Liaisons Dangereuses" by Christopher Hampton, presented by special arrangement with Samuel French.

Flagler College will host a free screening of the documentary "Florida: Choosing the Future" on Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Flagler College Auditorium.
09/22/2011 - Memoirist Robert Leleux to speak at Flagler College
On Oct. 13, Flagler College will host writer Robert Leleux, whose coming-of-age memoir, "The Memoirs of a Beautiful Boy," has been hailed as "wickedly funny and tender" by The Seattle Times.
