Flagler College will celebrate the launch of the fall issue of FLARE: The Flagler Review, the college’s literary magazine, on Nov. 15 at 5 p.m.

More than 30 Flagler College students participated in "National Make A Difference Day” recently, helping to renovate two local homes.

Angela Atkins, adjunct professor of psychology at Flagler College and licensed mental health counselor, has published her first children’s book, “I Don’t Like Dogs, But They Love Me.”

Dr. William T. Abare, Jr., President of Flagler College, announced the award of three grants through the State of Florida to the institution totaling $425,000.

Whitney's lecture series will return to the college for two more lectures at 7 p.m. Nov. 13-14 in the Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College, 14 Granada St.

Ray Locker, the Washington enterprise editor for USA Today, will speak at Flagler College on Nov. 15 as part of the 2012 Forums on Government and Public Policy lecture series.

The play will be presented at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 and 2 p.m. Nov. 10-11 in the Lewis Auditorium at Flagler College, 14 Granada St. in
 St. Augustine.

Will Miller, assistant professor of public administration at Flagler College, has been invited to serve as the keynote speaker for an election night dinner hosted by Danske Capital at the New York City Public Library on Nov. 6.

Allison Roberts will speak on labor market changes at the Nov. 13 Community Lecture Series event.

Flagler College will host the annual “Flagler Creates!” handmade festival on Nov. 17 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the College’s West Lawn.
