Marketing & Communication Services

The Marketing and Communications Department is part of the College Relations Department and oversees the Web and Social Media Department and the News and Information Department.

What We Do

The Marketing Department is responsible for articulating and promoting the mission and identity of Flagler College. It is our belief that “everything speaks”, so it is our objective to make sure every brochure, video and social media post speaks from the same page whether directed to students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni or the community at large.

How We Work

College staff and department team members:

Leticia Martin
Director of Marketing and Communications

Brian Thompson
Director of News and Information

Tom Iacuzio
Coordinator of News and Information.

Holly Hill
Director of Web and New Media Services

Mike Horn
Web Development Manager

Jared Mauldin
Social Media and Web Content Coordinator

We are here to assist you with creative development and production of videos, brochures, ad placement and messaging, and website content for internal and external audiences. To that end:

  • We meet with our internal partners to provide guidance on logo use and brand identity standards, making sure that the College’s mission and core values are at the heart of all work we produce
  • We provide strategic direction, creative direction and production supervision on print, video and web content
  • We are a liaison to external resources and agencies and assist our partners with identifying vendors, estimating and contracting work, and overseeing production to meet budget and time objectives
  • We provide guidance on photography, graphic design, copywriting, scriptwriting, messaging, creative concepts and campaign initiatives

The Marketing Department, which oversees Web and Social Media and News and Information is responsible for telling the College’s story across all communication channels in a consistent manner. In developing and executing an integrated marketing campaign, the department works closely with partners in Admissions, Institutional Advancement, Academics, and Athletics.
