Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Spanish Elegance at the former Hotel Ponce de Leon
Each year the New Year’s Eve Gala benefits the Flagler College scholarship fund, which helps offset tuition costs for many students with financial need. 30% of the ticket price is tax deductible.

Dinner Menu Options
Luz Del Palacio Braised Short Ribs: Beef short ribs slowly simmered in a Spanish Rueda wine and veal stock flavored with garlic, carrots, onions and celery. Enveloped in a port wine demi-glace. Served over yuca mashed potatoes and accompanied by Torres orange liqueur-glazed carrots.
Pollo Al Ajillo: Herbed butter roasted chicken breast crowned with a sherry sun-dried tomato chive sauce. Served adjacent to yuca mashed potatoes and accompanied by Torres orange liqueur-glazed carrots.
Arepas Montón con Manchego: Hand-formed corn flat bread made fresh from arepa blanca maize flour, stacked with alternating layers of fried green tomato, grilled zucchini and seared vine-ripened tomato. Drizzled with a manchego cheese sauce and topped with fresh herbs, resting in a nest of sauteed spinach accompanied by garlic roasted garbanzo beans.
