The Dining Hall’s award-winning restoration took five years and completed in 1985. It was originally decorated by Louis Tiffany, who designed the glass windows. The oval room features the original hand-carved Austrian chairs, vaulted ceilings and murals by George Maynard, whose work also adorns the Library of Congress and the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
