Title IX

At Flagler College, our utmost priority is student, faculty and staff safety. Our mission — to educate and prepare students for productive careers and facilitate personal growth — is underpinned by an environment that nurtures and protects students during their Flagler journey. From launching sexual assault awareness campaigns and anti-violence initiatives to implementing non-discrimination policies and wellness programs, the college deeply cares about its campus community’s overall well-being.

Our policies and procedures support this. Under the federal law known as Title IX, discrimination on the basis of sex is strictly prohibited. Below is a list of resources that outline your rights, Flagler College’s policies and the steps to take should you need them.
