The distinctive characteristics that make Flagler College a unique experience are echoed in the Office of Career Services. Our goal is to help students find that perfect “fit.” Our staff is small, allowing us to build a personal relationship with our students and provide a continuous point of contact for local and national employers. Our staff is highly trained and provides professional career coaching assistance with an emphasis on helping students develop strong critical thinking and sound decision-making skills as they enter the occupational world.

Flagler College offers a full range of free services to our graduates--no matter how long it's been. These include job search tools, consultations on and assistance with updating resumes, career counseling, and tools to help when considering changing careers or occupations.

Whether you are a new graduate ready to get serious about looking for that first career step or a more senior alum is thinking about changing jobs or even careers...our services are here for you.

During economic downturns, it pays to be flexible in your career goals and abilities. Or you may just be ready to try something new. Maybe you want to return to a career dream that had to be deferred early on.

OR maybe you're just ready to start giving back. Career Services needs people like you to mentor students and newer alumni who are just beginning their careers. We need you to come talk to students about how to begin in the world of work. We need you to help us provide career programs for those who've come after. If you are interested in these ideas, please contact our office.

Alumni are welcome to make an appointment to meet with someone face-to-face or set up a telephone conference, particularly helpful for those at a distance. Appointments are made online using the Career Services appointment scheduler. All alumni are invited to contact Career Services with any questions at careerservices@flagler.edu.
