Flagler College - Tallahassee offers Bachelor of Arts programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Elementary Education, and Elementary Education/Exceptional Student Education on the campus of Tallahassee Community College. The program was initiated in the fall of 2000 to fulfill a legislative mandate to increase opportunities for students seeking four year degrees.
Day and evening programs are designed to meet the needs of both the traditional, college-aged students as well as working adults. Students attending the day program take up to 15 hours per semester. Day classes meet between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Evening students take 12 hours per semester and attend three times per week and one Saturday each month. Evening classes meet between 6:00 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The Saturday classes meet from 9:00 a.m. until noon. Classes in the evening program are scheduled sequentially (one per four weeks), allowing students to focus on one subject area at a time.
