Professional Profile:

Professor Insalaca earned his Ph.D. in Educational Systems/Leadership from Union Institute and University; his M.E. in Secondary Education from the University of Florida; his B.A. in Natural Sciences/Mathematics from Thomas Edison State College; and his B.A. in Spanish from the University of Florida. He also holds Florida Teacher Certification in Mathematics 6-12 and Spanish K-12. He also has a Ph.D. specialization in Mathematics Education.
