Professional Profile:

After earning a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering in China, Dr. Huang earned an M.S. in Ceramic Science and Engineering from New York State College and a Ph.D. in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University. His primary research interests are global information systems development, offshore outsourcing, virtual teams, and IT workforce development.
