A: Request times can vary depending on the type of request. For example, the normal resolution time for web site content updates is 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation from the Web Office acknowledging your request. We'll also let you know which technician will be handling your request.
Q: I want a Facebook page for my department. Do I need to contact the Web Office for that?
A: Yes, all departments must contact the Web Office before creating a presence on any social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). You can request a social media presence using the Social Media Proposal/Briefing support page.
Q: How can I get an event listing added to Flagler's main web site?
A: Fill out the Content Updates support form. We'll help get you started in the right direction.
