Whether you are looking for an internship, part-time job, full-time employment, or admission to graduate school, our office has the resources to help you reach your goal. We provide self-assessments, career counseling, and other tools that will help you move from choosing your major to defining your personal career goals and outlining the best path to reach them. We also work with you as you move through the Flagler College Four-Year Plan, which includes recommended coursework and activities for students. Career Services also offers exciting events each year focusing on connecting you with the information and networking opportunities that will help you get a head start on a successful future long before graduation.

Another important tool is your personal account in the CareerSPOT career management system. Within your account, you have access to detailed information on career events; resume and letter writing samples; job and employment contacts listings; your personal credential file for storing resumes, references, unofficial transcripts, and letters of recommendation; and a searchable database of Career Advisors interested in offering mentorship to Flagler College students. Your account is also used to schedule an appointment with one of our career counselors. Our offices are located in the Ringhaver Student Center and our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
