
The information desk is located on the first floor of the student center in the front lobby. It is staffed 7 days a week from 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm, except on during holidays.
Video Game Remote - If you want to play a video game on your own or with another student, check out video game controllers and batteries for use at our Video Game Stations. Bring your own game or play many popular games that are available for use.
Television Remote - If you feel like channel surfing, please check out a television remote.
Board Game - If you want to play a board game in the student center or use it elsewhere on campus overnight, please check out one of the many popular board games that are available for use.

The Director of Ringhaver Student Center provides consultation and onsite assistance for members of the Flagler College community who are planning and hosting an event at the student center. Event hosts are responsible for making sure everyone at their event is adhering to the policies and procedures of the student center. Event hosts and those who plan to reserve a space for a meeting must complete an online request to reserve space and resources in the student center.
Group Study Rooms are open to walk-in users Monday - Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm and are on a first come, first served basis, unless there is a reservation posted on the door.
Rooms are for studying only and not to be used for watching movies or other non-studying activities and students will be asked to leave the room if this is violated.
If you would like to use the room after 5:00 pm Monday - Sunday, you must show your student ID to the employee at the Information Desk. You will be allowed to use a room if there is not a previously scheduled reservation.
Rooms will be locked by a security officer every night at 10:00 pm and all persons must be out of the room.
You can make a reservation for a group study room online if the day you want is more than 3 days away by completing an online event request. You can also visit Grant Nielson in the Office of Student Services, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm to make a reservation that is less than 3 days away.
