The Staff Welfare Committee is pleased to provide you with information regarding the Flagler College Above and Beyond Award. This award is presented in recognition of extra efforts made by employees “above and beyond” their assigned responsibilities to help improve the Flagler College experience and environment for students, parents, employees and all constituents of the college.
Complete the nomination form and return it to the Human Resources Office. In order to be nominated an employee must be a full or part-time employee of Flagler College and meet at least on the following criteria:
If the criteria outlined on the Nomination Form have been met and/or exceeded, the Staff Welfare Committee recommends the nomination and submits it to the President for final approval. Recognitions are commonly made at the President’s Advisory Council (PAC) meetings.
