Devoted countless hours of dedication, aid, hard work, and care to Jim Wilson during his book writing and research. Found extremely hard to find items and converted and restored them in order for Jim to view them.

Researched a complaint of missing items from a package when a student received it, found that the damage to the package occurred prior to it reaching Flagler College. De-escalated a parent complaint professionally and offered solutions for future mailing. He could’ve said ‘we didn’t do it’ and been done with it, but instead helped them avoid it next time around.

Whitney got a flat tire the day that all streets were blocked downtown. They pushed her car into the parking lot from the road, patched the tire, filled it with air, called a tire shop to make sure they were open and alerted them that she was on her way. They were off the clock and on their way home at the end of the day when this happened.
Sally was nominated for her hard work and many extra hours during the month of August. Sally configured the "backroom" accounting process for CASHNet, adjusted the regular daily and weekly cutoff process, and resolved a major accounting issue with a new process from Travelex.
Holly and Tara were nominated for their work on the Day of Welcome event.
