Professional Profile:

Professor Berger earned his Juris Doctorate from the Salmon P. Chass College of Law. He completed post-graduate work in Economics at Ohio State University, where he earned his M.A. He earned his B.S. in Management and Economics from the University of Dayton. Before joining Flagler College he was a partner in a private law practice and was an active member of the Ohio Bar Association. He is currently completing research in the area of the economics of employment-at-will as well as research in the role of the economist as an expert witness in anti-trust litigation.
