Professional Profile:

Professor Williams received his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and his M.Ed. in Special Education from the University of North Florida, and he received his B.A. in Deaf Education and English from Flagler College. His dissertation focused on the relationship between educational beliefs and instructional practices of education interns. He is widely published and is a sought-after presenter on issues in deaf education.
