Leslee Keys is an Instructor in History and Director of Community Outreach for Public History in the Department of Humanities. Also, she is the Director of Special Projects for Institutional Advancement. She serves as President of the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation, is Immediate Past-President of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce's Historic St. Augustine Area Council, and is the College's representative to the St. Augustine Sister Cities organization. In 1976 Ms. Keys graduated with honors from Ball State University. In 1977 she completed graduate courses in history from Virginia Tech, and in 1983 received a master of urban and regional planning degree from the same university. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate in historic preservation in the University of Florida's Design, Construction and Planning program and in summer 2011 completed Preservation Institute: Nantucket. In 1992 Ms. Keys qualified as a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
