Athletic
facilities on campus include a gymnasium with dance and weight
training areas, eight tennis courts (all lighted), an outdoor
swimming pool and a sand volleyball court.
A 19-acre sports complex, Flagler Field, is located
two miles from campus at 1655 Old Moultrie Road and includes a
600-seat stadium for baseball, a 300-seat stadium for soccer,
and playing fields for intramural sports.

Flagler Field's entrance is next to the Humane Society,
behind K-Mart. There are two ways to get to it:
1. From the north, take U.S. 1 to King Street; go
west on King Street to the stoplight at Old Dixie; go left (south)
at the light onto Old Dixie; at the fork, Old Dixie veers off
to the left (east) and Old Moultrie takes over as the straight-ahead
roadway; stay on Old Moultrie; the field will be on your right
(west). You can also take S.R. 207 west from U.S. 1 and go left
(south) on Old Moultrie and then right at the Flagler Field sign.

Added in 2002, a brand new, state-of-the-art lighting
system is the newest feature at the Flagler Field sports complex.
The lights were dedicated Oct. 17, marking the first home soccer
game ever played under lights at Flagler College. |
