After defeating Albertson (Idaho, 22-10) 82-70 March 10 in the 14th Annual NAIA Division II National Championship tournament in Point Lookout, Mo., the Saints lost March 11 to Concordia (Nebr., 30-5), 63-70.

NAIA Coaches Poll ratings: 11-26-02 No. 23 (pre-season); 12-2-02 No. 25; 1-28-03 No. 23; 2-25-03 No. 22.

John Randolph was named to the 2003 NAIA Division II All-American Team, making second-team honors. Seniors Ben Kersenbrock and Mario Otis were chosen as honorable mentions.

After last year's nationally-ranked 24-win season, the Saints returned two All-American candidates (John Randolph and Mario Otis).
