Over the following months, there are several steps that you and your family will need to complete to finalize enrollment at Flagler College. This section will guide you through this time and help to keep you on the right path.
Students who submitted their application under the Early Decision Plan will receive official written notification on or before December 15, 2012. Forms necessary to complete the enrollment process are included in the offer of admission.
The Enrollment Confirmation Form and the Application for Student Housing are due along with the $400 deposit by January 15th. For non-boarding students, the Enrollment Confirmation Form and $200 is due January 15th. Please make all checks out to Flagler College.
The Enrollment Confirmation Form must be signed by all parties listed as financially responsible as well as the student. Forms missing signatures will be mailed back to the student.
If you have lost or misplaced either of these forms please contact your Admissions Director for replacement forms.
Health Forms take more time to complete as we understand students will need to schedule an appointment with a doctor. Please send them in as soon as they are ready but do not wait to send in your Enrollment Confirmation or Application for Student Housing forms because you are waiting on your health forms. If you have questions about your Health Forms please contact Health Services by email, healthservices@flagler.edu, or call, (904) 819-6211.
The Office of Admissions will send you a letter once we have received your forms and deposit. If at any point in this process you move or your mailing address changes, please contact your Admission Director to update your mailing information. Other offices will contact you via mail at your address that Admissions has on file. Please keep this address current.
After you have submitted your enrollment deposit, the Technology Services department will send your login credentials for your Flagler College email address and MyFlagler via the US Postal Service. Please log on to both as soon as you receive this information. From now on, all official Flagler College communication will be sent to your Flagler College email address.
