Scheduling your Spring Semester Classes

All first-time Flagler students will take part in a pre-registration process. Information on this process will be sent to the students prior to registration opening on November 10th. It is important to note in order to receive the pre-registration information, you must have submitted your enrollment deposit. If you have questions about the enrollment deposit contact your Admissions Director.

Information Specifically for Freshmen

All incoming freshmen will work with their First Year Advisor throughout the registration process. First Year Advisors are assigned to students who have submitted their enrollment deposit.  These assignment begin in October and continue throughout November.

First Year Advisors

First Year Advisors will be your helping hand as they assist with the overall adjustment process at Flagler. The first task of your advisor will be to assist you in the selection of your spring semester classes and class registration. Your First Year Advisor will contact you via Flagler email or the primary phone number you provided on the admissions application.

The registration period for incoming freshmen will be online and will be open from November 10th at 8:00 am. Once you have submitted your class schedule your First Year Advisor will be able to review it to make sure no first year requirements have been overlooked. If you have questions during this time and need to contact your First Year Advisor you can look up their contact information using this Directory.

Important Information for Transfers

All Transfer students need to request a list of their transfer credits from the Transfer Admission Director prior to completing the pre-registration process.

The Office of the Registrar will assist all incoming transfer students with Pre-Registration. Registration will begin on November 10th at 8:00 am.  Please be sure to have submitted your enrollment deposit before you attempt to register for spring classes.
