Success Spotlight

Mike Patterson

“I decided to go back to school later in life. To say that I was intimidated was an understatement. It wasn't long after I arrived that I felt very welcome and comfortable. It was more work than I ever anticipated but it was a unique learning experience. I am extremely proud of my degree from Flagler College. Also, the friendships and enduring relationships with both alumni and professors continue to this very day.”

“Attending the Flagler PAD program was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only was I able to achieve my personal goal of earning a college degree, it has helped to advance my career and bolster my professional status. I found that the PAD schedule made it easy for me to attend while still working full time and taking care
of my family.”

"I had always wanted to continue my education past the A.A. degree I received years ago, but could never afford to take on the debt of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree. When offered the chance to obtain that degree .. and to receive the Florida Resident Assistance Grant (FRAG) that paid for the majority of the cost, I was SOLD! The program was hard and intense, but well worth the effort .. Thank you Flagler College!”
