Programs of Study
MAJORS: Graphic Design

Students in the graphic design program graduate with preparation in all areas of graphic design. Course work in the program includes drawing and composition, computer graphics, advertising design, visual communication, photography, art history, and marketing. A course specifically intended to help students develop a professional portfolio assists them in preparing to enter the job market.

Portfolios are reviewed by a team of advertising and design professionals invited to campus by the faculty. The graphic design lab is equipped with state-of-the-art Macintosh computers and the latest design software used in the "real world." The Internships offered at advertising agencies and design studios give students hands-on experience in the creative industry.
